Dr. Ulysees L. Gilbert II is a distinguished civic leader, counselor, and mediation professional with a lifelong commitment to strengthening individuals, families, and communities. He holds a Doctorate in Behavioral Sciences and Social Disorders and brings decades of experience across federal service, nonprofit leadership, faith-based engagement, and community empowerment.
